   quiet realization

Light:

Tiny "a-ha" moments; the quiet humorous "knowing" that comes through when you least expect it; the sensation behind a gentle smirk; a solitary moment that yields something simple yet profound;  or, something that you "just realized that you knew all along"

Dark:

Ignoring key instincts, dismissing something that seems simple as a potentially good solution; disbelief

Ask Yourself:

Is there something that you finally "get"?  Even in a small way, sometimes these tiny a-ha's are just what we need to get through something that, for so long, seemed almost insurmountable.  Even more bizarre is the sensation that we finally found what we were looking for, and that we knew what it was all along - perhaps your journey around an issue has seemed roundabout, only to take you back to where you started.  But don't lose heart!  As cheesy as it sounds, "it's the journey that matters, not the destination."  What have you learned from this roundabout journey?  Was there an area where you second guessed yourself, only to find that solution again later on?  Enjoy the realization and learn to trust yourself even more along the process of your unfolding reality!
